Make Your Clients Your Ambassadors

What I've learned today is...

Katerina Touchon shares a tool for a business growth

🙋‍♀️ HOW TO USE YOUR EXISTING CLIENTS FOR SPREADING THE WORD ABOUT YOU.

Sooo, last time I shared how you can double your business by motivating existing clients to refer you to a friend or bring 1 more friend. You can find this blog post on the website or linked to this one.

1+1=2, double ("Refer a Friend" promotion.)

The main TIP here is to make the terms of this referral interesting, wanted, desirable.

"Refer a Friend" Promotion

And now I want to share another tool that should work good especially on Social Media.

Ambassadorship Tool

This tool is frequently used by fashion brands on social media. The main TIP here is to provide your loyal clients with tools they can use, making them happy and proud to recommend you and spread the word about your brand.

Who is an Ambassador?

Ambassador - is "a person who acts as a representative or promoter of a specific activity, brand, product, or organization"

You can make the most loyal and raving clients, who love what you do and sell, your Ambassadors.

Ambassadors can get some of your products or services for free, or with discounts, but with the condition that they must post a story/story, Reel/Reels, post/posts with the information about you:

  • how they use your products,

  • how they love you and what you sell,

  • how great you are,

  • unpacking, process of using, etc

The system here is the following (how I would do it):

  1. Create a list of clients who openly express love for what you do—those who are most loyal and enthusiastic, who return frequently and are happy to come back.

  2. Consider what would make them happy to receive from you for free or at a discount. Think about what would truly delight them and make them feel valued as your Partner.

  3. Define the terms of being an Ambassador: how many posts they should make, what key points they should include, and the proper links they should use. You can even create templates or scripts for your Ambassadors to make their efforts more effective.

  4. Consider how you would like to see recommendations from others and how you want your business to be presented.

  5. Provide your Ambassadors with unique hashtags, links, names, and promotions that you want to share.

  6. Make your Ambassadors-Partners feel great about spreading the word about you.

This strategy not only incentivizes word-of-mouth promotion but also actively engages your customer base in spreading the word about your services.

Give it a try.

More tips to come.
