How We Help

We've worked with

Why Us

In art history, the black square marked a moment of radical shift — a refusal of old structures and a move toward new meaning. Fading Square is built around this idea.
We work with artists and art projects at moments of transition, when clarity, structure, and direction are needed to move forward. We help shape form around your work so it can exist clearly, professionally, and on its own terms.
KATERINA
KHRUSTALEVA TOUCHON
Founder, Fading Square
With over 15 years of experience working inside the art world, I founded Fading Square to help artists and art projects clearly realize their goals within the art system.
My work spans museums, galleries, and international art fairs, including collaborations with institutions such as The State Russian Museum and Multimedia Art Museum Moscow, as well as art fairs including Art Miami, World Art Dubai, and parallel program of Frieze Los Angeles. I’ve also worked with brands such as Calvin Klein, BMW, Phillips, and Schwarzkopf, developing projects at the intersection of art and commercial contexts. Alongside the agency, I’m the founder of FRWART | Artists Promotion and the author of the forthcoming Art Marketing Guide.
I’ve lived and worked internationally and know firsthand how complex the art world can be — how its systems function, how decisions are made, and how difficult it is for artists to navigate visibility, positioning, and credibility.
I understand how artists think, how they relate to their work, and how easily strong art can get lost without the right structure around it. My role — and the role of Fading Square — is to connect artistic vision with the structure of the art world, helping creativity find its place, language, and direction.
